Led by Alice McAdory, certified yoga instructor.
Chair yoga will decrease stress, increase flexibility, range of motion, posture, strength and balance. Students will begin to feel better, sleep better, eat better, and have more energy, focus, and stamina.  The class is designed to be fun and interactive.
